The HUB-B (Formerly; Atlas-R) is a lightweight and low profile silencer adapter that utilizes our Patent-Pending Castle-Lock™ Design, utilizing TDP Spec Castle Nut Notches for ease of installation and removal using common tools such as an Armorers Wrench or castle-nut wrench. Once installed, the HUB-B can accept our RF Muzzle Devices, Rearden and other Plan B Compatible Muzzle Devices for a compact, lightweight suppressor mounting system.
The primary reason we created the HUB-B was to create a compact, lightweight suppressor mount that also provides a way to apply precise torque values to HUB (1.375x24) suppressors with the ability to use a standard armorer’s wrench. While we see plenty of value in HUB suppressors and use them extensively ourselves, we also are aware that the end user plays a large role in the function and reliability of that system if not properly installed, so we came up with a user-friendly solution to reliably install the mount. Utilizing common armorer’s wrench notches allows you to apply accurate and consistent torque values to the suppressor with non-proprietary tools to ensure that when installed the system acts as close to an integral QD system as possible, while providing the modularity of utilizing your preference of mount and maintaining a compact form factor and light weight.
